About the Author


imageGlenn is a technology and business process executive with international and hands-on management experience in a senior IT management roles. He is experienced in leading innovation and change that drive operational excellence in global business processes. He recently joined Constellation Brands Inc (CBI) as Vice President of IT – Business Relationship Management (BRM) for Beer Operations.

Prior to joining CBI, he held several IT leadership positions in CEMEX. He also managed post-merger integration projects for CEMEX in the Asia Pacific, Europe, Mexico and the United States. In those projects, he directed major enterprise-wide projects that included global process standardization and enterprise solution implementation using SAP.

Glenn is the Chair of the Business Relationship Management Institute Executive Council. He joined BRMI as Founding Member and was elected Vice-chair of the BRMI Advisory Committee in 2013. He also held Executive Leadership role managing Membership Loyalty and Experience strategy areas.
